GCW are very selective over which businesses we choose to work with due to our high expectations and standards which we pride ourselves on. Allan and his team always provide an exceptional service, consistently, acting with integrity, efficiency, and professionalism that is literally holy grail! Their energy to helping and supporting our needs is limitless and around the clock where nothing is ever too much trouble. Even on a Sunday when we have required a last minute request for the Monday, they delivered without fail!
From inception to completion with any rental, repair or maintenance work for our large fleet of vehicles the service has been outstanding; prompt replies, continual communication daily with vehicle updates, progress and estimated return times alongside real time info, offering a collection and drop off service. This helps makes our busy working days hassle free, convenient and seamlessly smooth.
GCM never undertake any additional works without consulting the team first providing a thorough and detailed account of everything. They maintain their own database for our fleet which gives another safety net to ensure timely services and MOTs are carried out. Most importantly they are trustworthy and reliable, providing excellence across every facet of your business. They have extended these services to our team, personally, which has been hugely appreciated especially on one occasion when towing their car from home to GCM on a weekend!

I contacted Allan Mccartney on Monday morning at 08.30 after not being able to start my van.
I explained my concerns for the condition of the battery after the van had been stood still for just over three weeks.
Allan’s PA called me within five minutes to advise me that they had a presence in Healing and they would be with me within 10 minutes.
The extremely polite gentlemen jump started the van back to life.
I immediately drove to Great Coates Motors to have the van inspected.
Within 30 minutes, the battery was deemed unsatisfactory and a replacement installed.
On completion, the vehicle was sanitised and handed over to me.
I can highly recommend Allan and his team for their prompt and efficient service.

Whenever I visit a business, I’m always keen to see at first hand the culture of the company and if it’s living up to the social media that it portrays. It’s important that the impressions that are implied, mirror the expectations of the first engagement.
My car is quite old, and I’ve never felt I have been treated any different to say someone having a new car. Even to the extent when available a courtesy car has been offered for jobs that are not going to finish in the day, thus enabling me to be mobile.
Having visited Great Coates Motors on 3 occasions, I can confirm that expectations meet the portrayal. I’ve always been welcomed with a smile, offered a complimentary drink and if staying whilst the car is done, made use of the WIFI connection to get on with some work.
A major point for using Great Coates Motors is that a complex repair they took on was rejected by several garages, which would mean me buying another car. They got on with a complicated repair, saving the car and added expense of replacing the whole car.
Both during the work being carried out and after the work has been done, I’ve been informed about the progress, be it personally or over the phone.
I can therefore highly recommend Great Coates Motors as your choice for your motoring needs.

Dear Allan,
Here at Abbys we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers, and it is so refreshing to find another company who has the same ethos and work standard.
When our Nissan Navara Pickup developed a small problem, we popped to the garage to see what the problem was, everything was re-set and Ash explained that if it happened again the vehicle would need to go to Nissan as this problem would be covered by warranty.
A few days later the same problem occurred again, we called Ash and within no time the Pickup was booked in at the Nissan dealership.
On the day I drove the car to work as normal, a driver was waiting to collect and take our vehicle to Nissan, and later the same day the car was returned to me.
Having a new car serviced at Great Coates Motors, whilst still under warranty with the manufacturers, is clearly not a problem. Our car is back working fabulously and we would not hesitate to recommend Great Coates Motors to everyone for both old and new cars.
